Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns 

I examine all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of my products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, I will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@eclatcandleco.com within seven days of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned over 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us at info@eclatcandleco.com

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and shipping of exchanged items.

Our policy lasts seven days. If seven days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
